convenient location wide selection helpful staff poor cleanliness inaccessible bar cumbersome system

the location offered convenient access to the swan river. a wide selection of items were available for breakfast. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room was a king guest room.

i noticed the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. the rooftop bar was inaccessible due to a private function ONE night. also, i found the payment system for deposits to be somewhat cumbersome.

the breakfast had a great variety of food and juices. the dining room had a pleasant view looking out over the river.

the plumbing above my room sounded like it rushed past non stop. there was no coffee machine.

The staff helped me greatly and the location is VERY convenient. it was our wedding anniversary and we booked this hotel for the occasion. We were very happy with the overall experience. we want to come back again SOON.

the hotel offers perfect location NEAR cafes and restaurants, it is quite convenient. it is close to the riverfront with easy access to walking paths, and public transportation is available. this makes exploring the city quite simple.
